And you just not be talking to the people who can't afford your program all the day. So this is the funnel that has been used the way from the beginning and the end this entirely being used so that we can fetch the best client results for our clients. And it's always been like this. But like the primary force driver is just the VSL call funnel and a very, very simple funnel so that you don't have to draw on out of webinars every single week because it's completely automatic. So there are two things that are needed to be cognizant of as CAC, which is customer cost to acquire a customer and LTV, is a lifetime value. Really only concerned for these two things and it's either reducing the cost to acquire a customer or increasing how much a customer pays to you. So the financial of how ad works can be moduled out with this little calculator I have right here. And if you book a call with us, I'll end up sending this to you in a pre call sequences as well so you can just play out with it if you want. If the total ad spend if we take hypothetically is around one lakh rupees, let me just be double sure here. Yes, one lakh. So total spend is Rs. One lakh over here and the cost per booked calls let's take around Rs. Seven hundred which is decent number. Okay and the show up rate of sixty percent and the close rate of twenty percent. So the sales metric that comes out to be is total booked call is one hundred forty three. As you have seen our client's testimonials and the results and the screenshots. So this metrics can be easily achieved. The show up call is around eighty six. So cost per show up call is around eleven sixty seven and the total closes out of all this with twenty percent of the close rate comes around seventeen as the CAC is very low over here which is great. And retention, average revenue per customer in the high ticket we will be aiming around eighty thousand, sixty thousand, seventy thousand. Let's take seventy thousand over here. Gross profit margin of seventy percent and the monthly churn rate of around seventeen percent. So average customer stays around five point nine months and the LTV is around four point one two lakh and the lifetime gross profit is around two point eight lakh rupees. The lifetime gross profit to the CAC ratio comes around fifty rupees. So it's clearly insane amount of ROX that can be generated. So per unit economics if I calculate, so per every Rs. One on the ad spend, you will be getting Rs. Fifty back from it in the lifetime gross profit. Per client acquired will be Rs. Two point eight lakh. Per booked calls will be around Rs. Thirty three thousand that you will be getting in the net profit after the ad spend. Let's have a simulation where we are spending just one lakh rupees and we do it as what if we spend around six lakh rupees. Let me be once again double sure with you guys. Okay six lakh rupees. So the number of clients acquired will be one hundred three and the net profit after the ad spend will be around Rs. Point nine crores. Alright, and the lifetime gross profit comes around Rs. Two point nine six crores. And the lifetime revenue that comes around is Rs. Four point two crores and months to fully realize is just six months. Perfect. So that's why it's very important to have a system like this and you are literally just multiplying your money. 5xing and 6xing your money in the net profit. So this is around six months and like this the order of magnitude better than any other investment out there. So if you have a capital to deploy, deploy it into this. It's a money multiplication machine. And this is how the system works. We are concerned with the reducing cost to acquire a customer and increasing how much we can make from it. So as you can see here, this is how the pyramid is. The direct response adds for funnel which reduces the CAC, setters and closes which reduces the CAC again, and fulfilment and retention which increases your LTV. Alright so ads and funnel which is used for reducing the cost per acquisition. So we do a sixty-ninety second video ads calling out the pain points and immediately making a direct offer with multiple marketing angles based on the customer behavior stages. We just send the traffic to the opt in page, we collect the emails and phone numbers and direct response VSL is being filmed. We're creating an infinite personalized email sequences. Just straight up direct to your VSA call funnel. So the setters and closers. Some things you need to be concerned with them is the percentage of the opt in to the booking calls. So deploying our team of setters and closers will normally double your calls per call. So this means that your cost per call decreases fifty percent and the same ad budget drives doubles the call, which is super important. The offer rate. You want this number to be above seventy percent. Right? So meaning that for every ten people that shows up to your sales call, so at least seven of them are getting an offer. So this is optimized by pixel training as I have said to you in the starting of the video how we have done that. So we use the pixel conditioning to make sure that only qualified leads that are gonna afford your service are get marked as the conversion, which means that your ads are only served to the people like that in the future. Show rate. So we optimize this through the content retargeting ads, thank you page optimization, and value based pre call email flows and WhatsApp messages. Pre call to optimize the show up rates to sixty to seventy percent to a colder traffic. Ice cold traffic. Next is the close rate. So you need to have a scalable offer and it will vary depending on the ticket size, the margins, the cost per calls, offer rate, show up rate etc. Your closers need to know the standard they have been hitting to remain on the team and should be reminded as to where they are at every single day. So for us the numbers should be anywhere around thirty percent which is very good. And with the rigorous training and daily checkings and improvement of our closers, the close rate will go up and up. So the setters are responsible for converting as many opt ins as possible into the booked calls as humanly possible. And then your VSLR application should be designed in such a fashion to make the sales call as close to order taking or a cashier call as possible. I do not subscribe to any belief of leaning on the sales skill to convert people. The entire ad sequence, VSL, email flows, text flows and the application should work together to convert a sale before somebody gets on a phone call. And next is content.
